Dr. Schorsch grew up in Rockford, Illinois. He graduated from SIUE in 2008 with a major in Biological Sciences and a minor in chemistry. Before attending Dental School, he achieved his Master’s Degree in Biology. Dr. Schorsch completed his dental training from SIU School of Dental Medicine in 2014, where he received the American Association of Public Health Dentistry award for outstanding interest and achievement in Dental Public Health.
Dr. Schorsch joined the practice in 2014 to help run the newly renovated Rantoul office. He now splits his time equally between both offices. Dr. Schorsch was the 2019-2020
President of the Illini District Dental Society. He has also been involved with the Give Kids a Smile Program, the Special Olympics, Smile Healthy Program via Promise Healthcare Dental Clinic, as well as going on a Humanitarian Dental Mission to Jamaica. He was also a clinical instructor for the Parkland College Dental Hygiene Clinic.
In his spare time, Dr. Schorsch enjoys spending time with his Wife and Son. His hobbies include fishing, golfing, and traveling. He considers himself a foodie and loves to cook as well as trying new restaurants. He is a diehard Chicago Sports Fan.
